Welcome to Dart Nerd

I like to play darts at my local bar or at mine or friends' garage. Many of my best friends came from meeting them at a local dart league, so that's what I think of when creating art for Dart Nerd. A couple years ago a friend asked me if I could make a dart case for him. It was a basic box shape with a unique skull design and message engraved on it. It came out pretty good and got lots of attention. So a while later I was messing around with a new idea where I placed all three darts tightly together and traced the outer edges with a pencil, and lo and behold, it was a coffin shape - pretty cool! (It is not meant to be morbid or celebrate death). I spent quite a lot of time tweaking the artwork so that the laser cutter didn't make a mess of my expensive wood. They are quite challenging to make and I hope you enjoy them. Stop back now and then as I will be designing new ones when I get the chance.
